Singles, EPs, albums, and similar digital media downloads purchased through ECHO are non-refundable once the purchase is successfully completed and delivered.
Limited exceptions
Refund exceptions may be considered for duplicate charges, technical delivery failures, or unauthorized purchases reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Creator payouts
Because artists receive payout tracking through the platform, approved exceptions may require review before any balance adjustment is made.

If a buyer believes there was an error with a purchase, they should contact ECHO through the site contact form with the order details and issue summary.
